As the Designer and Copywriter, I worked to create a clear and engaging digital experience for SIAS, ensuring their website was accessible and informative for those seeking support.

  1. Understanding SIAS’s Needs
    I collaborated closely with SIAS to understand their mission—providing accessible support for drug, alcohol, and gambling addiction. The website needed to serve multiple audiences, from individuals seeking help to loved ones looking for guidance on recovery.
  2. Designing for Clarity and Accessibility
    I crafted a UX/UI design that was both intuitive and representative of SIAS’s work. Every element, from navigation to visual structure, was designed to be clear and easy to use. The goal was to ensure potential referrals could quickly find the information they needed, while families could better understand the recovery process.
  3. Crafting Compassionate Copy
    To complement the design, I wrote engaging and empathetic copy that spoke directly to users. The language was carefully chosen to be informative yet reassuring, making sure visitors felt supported and understood.
